Return Policy:
Here ant Mumenti, we take pride in carefully crafting and delivering each item to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your purchase.

Damaged Parcels:
While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. In the unfortunate event that your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. You can reach us via our contact page or email at mumenti@outlook.com. Kindly provide photographs and a description of the damage, and we will assess the situation and provide assistance accordingly.

Damaged Products:
Should you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Email us at mumenti@outlook.com with a description of the issue and images of any damages or defects. Each case will be carefully evaluated, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Please note that any resolution is at our discretion.

Change of Mind:
At Mumenti, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to change of mind once an order has been placed. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Payment: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, plus additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If paid with Afterpay, please be aware that your refund will be processed back to Afterpay.
