Yes! Colour changes in wax are natural and can happen due to light exposure or certain fragrance oils including those with a vanilla content, giving off a yellow hue. It won’t affect the scent or performance and is purely a cosmetic change.

Each cube provides approximately 8–12 hours of fragrance, depending on the strength chosen (Softer or Stronger), your warmer, and the room size.

As our stronger wax melts are made with the highest amount of fragrance oil allowed, a rule of thumb we follow is a single cube that uses a four hour tealight every day, can be used for four days.

While our wax melts are designed for safe use in the home, some fragrance ingredients may be harmful to pets if inhaled in high concentrations or ingested. Always use products in well-ventilated areas and keep them out of reach of pets. If you notice any changes in your pet’s behaviour or health, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

At Mumenti, we now offer a Pet Friendlier Collection ~ a selection of scents that we’ve reviewed thoroughly and chosen because:

• Their Safety Data Sheets (SDS) show lower overall risk to pets when used at safe levels (we use a maximum 8% in wax, and will use maximum 1% in room sprays)
• They are free from ingredients flagged as carcinogenic or reproductively harmful
• We still remind customers to use products in well-ventilated spaces, away from pets, children, and those who need extra support

We understand nothing can be 100% safe, and prefer to be transparent than hide the truth like bigger brands.
